It is largely original, including the body which, too, was built by Lagonda. In current ownership for 34.5 years!
Not many of these early cars were built - the company developed a supercharged model which lengthened the bonnet and moved the radiator forward and the normally aspirated cars followed suit.
It looks similar to a high chassis car, with the same style of bodywork, but has a different front axle, and dropped chassis cross members.
The car has been used extensively abroad, and has been raced many times, plus speed hill climbs, and driving tests.
